HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing, printing and/ or packing and dispatch. While we do try keep all products in stock we utilise our print shop and print to order some item’s or restock the items for your order which are printed especially for you, Fresh off the press delivered straight to your door! If this is the case we will upgrade your order to EXPRESS post for FREE! Some orders are dispatched the same day!
Keep in mind we are family owned and run and mainly one person running the day to day most of the time so it can drag out a day or so during peak times.
We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks prior if you need it for a present etc to allow for delays with us or our postage providers.
ARE ORDERS PACKED OVER THE WEEKEND IF I ORDER BETWEEN FRIDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY?
Our team lives the lifestyle we promote, So all orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
WHERE ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
From our warehouse and screen print shop on the Sunshine Coast in QLD Australia.
DO YOU OFFER CLICK & COLLECT?
We do offer click and collect from our warehouse but you will still have to wait the same processing time for your order confirmation.
